We only sell online but we do offer free returns for US customers so you are welcome to order extra sizes or styles and send back whatever isn’t required. If you need size and style advice please contact us at the email address below and we would be happy to help!

We also offer a guide to help you measure the width of your feet.

Once an order is placed, discount codes can only be applied via a refund. We are happy to do this, but to avoid multiple refunds (should you need to return any products) we prefer if you receive the products first and if you are happy with them just drop us an email and we will apply any discounts then, via a refund.

We offer free returns for US customers. Returning products is easy to do and is done via our online portal. You don't need any paperwork or a printer.

To start your return, you will need your order number and the email address you used to place the order. Please visit our returns and refunds page to access the returns portal.

We are very happy to give advice on sizing but you can also find length measurements for all of our shoes on the individual product pages (look for the titles 'Size' and 'Fit').

If your size is not in stock, you can sign up for restock alerts on the product pages. When new stock arrives, or if your size is returned and restocked, you will receive an email notification.

Where possible, we also indicate when new stock is arriving on the product pages.

We are sorry if you received an incorrect item. If you can kindly double check your order to see if the item received is the item you ordered. If it is, you can use our portal to return the item for a refund. If you need a replacement in a hurry, please contact us using the email address below.

If the item is not the same as your order confirmation, please email us using the address below so we can rectify the situation quickly.

Please note, we only make one width per style; either wide or extra wide. If you have received the correct style, you will have received the correct width. We apologise for any misinformation on the box labels that may indicate otherwise. We are working to amend this.

We would love for you to join our loyalty program and earn store credit for purchases and referrals. To do this, visit our loyalty program page, or simply click on the little hot air balloon that hovers over our website pages and follow the instructions.

Once orders have been despatched, we are unable to cancel or amend them. If you can contact us before they are despatched, we can assist you. Orders placed after 2pm GMT on workdays, or placed over the weekend, will be despatched the next working day so you can email us and request an amendment. Our email address is at the bottom of this page.

Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be despatched the same day so we advise calling us on +44 203 393 1349 so we can help you swiftly.

The refund value will say $0 if the order in question was an exchange. This is because we only take payment on the first order so if an exchange is requested, a new order is created at $0. If this order is then returned for a refund, the refund is processed against the original order, where the payment details were captured.

Once we receive your return we will arrange the refund of the first order.
