Our shipping service is fast and seamless. All goods are shipped from the UK via FedEx on a DELIVERY DUTIES PAID basis. This means ALL TARIFFS AND DUTIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, and there will be no further duties or taxes to pay before you receive your shoes.

Economy Delivery: $12.99 - FedEx - Approximately 5-7 business days

Express Delivery: $19.99 - FedEx - Approximately 2-3 business days.

If FedEx contacts you: Sometimes, FedEx may reach out to the recipient requesting completion of a FOOTWEAR FORM. If they text or email you, please don’t worry! Simply forward the message to us at help-us@sargassoandgrey.com. We will provide the completed form to you immediately so your parcel can clear customs swiftly.

Important: Please do not reject the delivery if you receive a request for information. Rejecting a parcel causes significant delays in the shoes returning to the UK and incurs high return shipping fees. These extra costs would, unfortunately, have to be deducted from your final refund.
