We appreciate our shoes are a considered purchase so you will want to take the best care of them to ensure they last you a long time.
Our shoes come with a cotton dust bag to store them when not in use.
Leather shoes: We advise using a leather cream from time to time to nourish and protect the leather. Avoid leaving your shoes in direct sunlight or near heat as this can cause the leather to crack and split.
Suede: We strongly advise purchasing a suede protector spray and spraying the shoes (according to the instructions) before
each wear.
Heels: We specialise in occasion shoes, many of which have thin delicate heels. Unfortunately, there are many hazards for thin
heels such as drain covers, grates, pavement cracks and even sharp edges of stairs. Please take care when wearing thin heels on uneven ground. You might wish to purchase plastic heel protectors, especially if you will be wearing heels on grass.
SHIPPING
Our shipping service is fast and seamless. All goods are shipped from the UK via FedEx on a DELIVERY DUTIES PAID basis. This means all tariffs and duties are included in the product price, and there will be no further duties or taxes to pay before you receive your shoes.
We offer two shipping services:
- Economy Delivery: $12.99 - FedEx - Approximately 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery: $19.99 - FedEx - Approximately 2-3 business days
Occasionally, FedEx may reach out to the recipient requesting completion of a FOOTWEAR FORM. If they text or email you, please let us know at Customer Service.
Important: Please do not reject the delivery if you receive a request for information. Rejecting a parcel causes significant delays in the shoes returning to the UK and incurs high return shipping fees. These extra costs would, unfortunately, have to be deducted from your final refund.
RETURNS
We offer free returns via our online portal. Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the full price paid for the shoes. Please note, we do not refund the above outward shipping charges.
